Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • For cause, including breach of these terms or non-payment
  • Upon mutual written agreement of both parties

Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services and returning your data in a commonly used format, subject to payment of all outstanding fees.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Quality Business Tech Inc is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:
