Terms & Conditions

Use of Services
You may use Quality Business services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
Engagement & Project Terms
Quality Business provides custom software development, web design, app development, and related services. Each project is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees. These Terms apply alongside the SOW.
Projects are typically billed based on hourly rates, fixed fees, or retainer agreements as outlined in your SOW. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with unpaid invoices.
Intellectual Property
All custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property upon final payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components we use remain under their respective open-source or commercial licenses. You retain ownership of all content and data you provide; we only access it to deliver the services.
Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and access to necessary systems and credentials. Delays in your responses may impact project timeline. You are responsible for backing up any data we work with. Any additional work requested outside the original SOW will be billed separately.
Confidentiality
We keep your project details, code, and business information confidential. You agree not to disclose details of our engagement, pricing, or methodologies without written consent. This does not prevent us from listing you as a client with your permission or using anonymized case studies.
Limitation of Liability
We provide services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee error-free code or bug-free products. We recommend testing thoroughly before production use. Third-party services and APIs are used at your own risk.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate early, you are responsible for payment of work completed to that date plus reasonable termination costs. Upon project completion or termination, we remove your data from our systems unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll notify you via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion or legal proceedings in US courts.
